Assists in the development and implementation of efficient patient navigational procedures. Investigates patient concerns including appointment access, communication, and billing. Maintains clinical supply inventory. Responsible for conducting medical record reviews to report findings to physician specialist. Provides nursing care and assists physician and procedures. Routinely inspects and observes condition and operation of equipment to ensure proper operation and identify the need for preventive and corrective maintenance per guideline.
