Orientation is 3 months working Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 3:30pm. After orientation, the shift will be 6:00pm to 7:30am (13 hours). There is no required call rotation when working in a night shift position. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Perform scrub functions and assist in circulating functions under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
