Overview Department: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Shift: Full Time, 12 hr - Night Shift Location: East Liverpool, Ohio The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provide patient and family education and discharge planning. Supervise and collaborate with LPNs and nursing support staff. Maintain accurate electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
