Scheduled Weekly Hours: 24 - Performing under the direction of the RN/LPN and as a member of the unit-based patient care team, the Certified Nursing Assistant performs duties of direct and indirect patient care. What you will do in this role: Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention. Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner. Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively. Prepares patients and families/caregivers for future self-management. What qualifications you will need: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing is required. BSN is preferred.
