Responds timely to resident requests, including call light response. Observes residents rights including privacy, dignity, and others when providing care to residents. Communicates effectively with residents, families, other staff members, and management. Assists residents for social functions and meals in a timely manner as assigned or as indicated on plan of care. Other duties as needed by residents. Qualifications: Must have completed an approved training program and passed competency examinations for Certified Nurse Assistant. Physical Requirements: This job requires good physical and mental health. Physical activities may include lifting up to fifty pounds, rotating and assisting residents who are partially or totally dependent.
