Job Summary The Emergency Services (ES) Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for performing the functions of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients with perceived, actual or potential, sudden or urgent, physical or psychosocial problems that are primarily episodic or acute and that occur in a variety of settings. Job Summary: Evaluate and admit patients to home care; develop plan of care and provide care to patient according to plan. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality. Education: Associate's degree in nursing and currently licensed by the state of Alabama required. Experience: Minimal 2 years' experience in a hospital setting working in medsurg, critical care or ER. Previous home care or hospice experience preferred.
