Overview Weekend RN Coordinator Catholic Health Home Care manages home care services for approximately 2,000 patients daily across Long Island and Queens. Specialized services include skilled nursing care, physical and occupational therapies, medical social work, maternal-child and pediatric services, home health aide assistance, nutritional counseling, pastoral care, infusion services, telehealth, palliative care, wound care and behavioral health services. The Weekend RN Coordinator works every other Saturday and Sunday 8:30 AM-7:00 PM (2 10.5 hour shifts) Job Details Weekend RN Coordinator responsibilities will include : Weekend RN to triage and ensure coverage of visits and admissions. Description The Offsite Medical Assistant I Provides clinical office support to Physicians & Surgeons and performs patient care and administrative duties necessary to deliver quality patient care.
