Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process and standards of practice for a professional nurse. Salary will be $65.00 per hour as a flat rate of pay. All time worked is straight time (or overtime if greater than 40 hours per week) and all positions are full time without benefits with 36-40 scheduled hours per week, depending on the scheduling/staffing needs of the assigned department. Vacations and other time off will be arranged before and after the contract dates signed below. Holiday pay is applied for those who are requested to work approved Summit Healthcare holidays. The requirement to work the holiday will be based on the need for staff. Seasonal employees may be flexed or placed on standby in turn with core staff for low census. Housing assistance will be available on a case by case basis but no more than $1,200 per month subsidy for rent with receipts provided. To be eligible a minimum of 36-40 hours per week will be required to receive housing assistance. If staffing needs change, Summit Healthcare reserves the right to terminate the contract with a 14 day notice.
