MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree in nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing(BSN) preferred. Current Iowa RN license, or active compact license recognized by the state of Iowa required American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required. American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required only if the unit has telemetry monitoring capabilities.
