Minimum Qualifications for the Job: CNA 1: Experience: No prior experience required. CNA 1’s are required to complete initial advanced skills training checklists and advance to CNA 2 level within 6 months. License(s): Current State of Alaska Certified Nurse Assistant License. Alaska Food Workers Card (Wildflower Court Only) CNA 2: Experience: Master entry level CNA 1 skills and duties and complete initial advanced skills training checklist within 6 months of hire.
