Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state regulations and the program's curriculum. Deliver engaging and informative lectures on various topics related to nursing and patient care. Provide hands-on training in clinical skills such as patient hygiene, vital signs monitoring, mobility assistance, and other essential CNA duties. Assess students’ performance through quizzes, exams, practical demonstrations, and assignments. Offer constructive feedback and support to help students improve and succeed. Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, grades, and progress. Ensure that all training equipment and supplies are properly maintained and available for use. Stay updated on the latest developments in nursing education and healthcare practices. Assist in the development and revision of the CNA program curriculum as needed. LPN/RN Unit Manager Job Duties: Monitors facility clinical systems to effectively facilitate quality resident care in accordance with laws, regulations and facility guidelines.
