What You’ll Do As the Trauma Program Manager, you will provide clinical and program leadership for the Logan Health Medical Center Trauma Program while supporting trauma services across the Logan Health system. Oversee the Trauma Injury Prevention Program , collaborating with the Injury Prevention Coordinator and community stakeholders to develop and implement an annual prevention plan. Analyze operational, clinical, and benchmarking data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Participate in case reviews, audits, quality initiatives, and program evaluation to ensure the highest standards of trauma care. Develop and support clinical protocols, practice guidelines, policies, and processes that promote consistent, evidence-based trauma care. Partner with EMS leaders and agencies to strengthen prehospital trauma care, education, and communication . Participate in emergency preparedness planning and system-level initiatives that support organizational readiness. Collaborate with community, regional, and state partners in the continued development of trauma care systems. Support education and professional development for clinicians and other healthcare professionals involved in trauma care.
