Qualifications We are looking for detail-oriented nurses who are team players, with: Active RN licensure to work in Maryland (Maryland or Compact State). 3+ years’ experience as an MDS-Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator to include ICD-10 coding experience. Progressive nursing experience preferably in a resident assessment environment. Must possess managerial and interpersonal skills. Proficient understanding of PDPM and clinical documentation requirements. Ability to build positive relationships and work cooperatively with an interdisciplinary team. A willingness to both learn and teach, with adaptability to make changes when needed. In-depth experience and knowledge with PDPM and CMI as related to Medicare and Medicaid service reimbursements.
