Performs on-call services as required, ensuring adequate and safe staffing Member of the continuing quality improvement committee Is directly accountable to DON and ADON and is committed to keeping the director informed of all occurrences in the facility All other duties as delegated by the DON and ADON Qualifications of the Unit Manager: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN/LPN license in the state in which he/she is practicing.
