Reviews and updates medication list and accurately documents known allergies in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Demonstrates an understanding of prescription control and prescription refill procedures. Accurately documents allergies in EHR. Appropriately enters orders and schedules appointments in the Practice Management System (PMS) and EHR. Provides referrals and/or consult orders appropriately and in a timely manner in the PMS and EHR. Appropriately adheres to universal safety precautions when administering medications and disposal of medical waste. Maintains proficiency with department specific equipment, troubleshoots and reports malfunctions promptly Facilitates transition of care to UCC/Hospital Demonstrates flexibility with various work schedules. All other duties as assigned Recognizes and performs duties which need to be performed although not directly assigned. Provide scribing services. Responsibilities are further defined by the contract between NCKH and University Health TMC Behavioral Health division. Provides leadership direction to inpatient clinical departments and program managers, and ensures effective and efficient operation of patient and client services. In partnership with NKC Hospital, manages the department budget. Has responsibilities for integrated care in the medical hospital setting. Provides oversight in direct care to staff delivering mental health and mental wellness as needed. Minimum Requirements 1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 2. Licensed in the State of Missouri as an RN, 3. Three to five years management experience in mental health services. 4. Effective time management and problem solving skills. 5.
