The Surgical Technologist Assistant is directly responsible to the Surgeon, the RN Operating Room Circulator, and the OR Nurse Manager. The Surgical Technologist Assistant maintains technical skills and utilizes trained surgical assisting skills to assist the physician in the performance of surgery for patients from neonate through geriatric. Position Summary As a Float Pool RN , you will provide leadership and clinical oversight while delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. Through comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluation, you will develop individualized care plans that support each resident's physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care. Responsibilities include: Performing comprehensive resident assessments and establishing baseline health status Developing, implementing, and updating individualized resident care plans Monitoring resident conditions and responding appropriately to changes in health status Administering medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed Supervising and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel Providing clinical leadership and ensuring quality resident care Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams Supporting resident rights, dignity, independence, and quality of life Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices Why Join the Monarch Float Pool?
