Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience required. Prior experience in multiple specialty areas strongly preferred (e.g., trauma, neuro, cardiac, surgical, or telemetry). Licensure/Certification: Current Louisiana RN license (or eligibility for licensure). Current BLS ACLS required within 6 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications Specialty certification(s) in areas such as CCRN, TCRN, or Stroke Nursing (NIHSS) encouraged. Previous Float Pool or travel nursing experience.
