Job Summary This position is a 12-week internship program which prepares the new Graduate Nurse for a Registered Nurse position on a general care pediatric unit. Orientation includes a combination of educational sessions and precepted bedside clinical experience. A two (2) year commitment with a minimum of 30 hours/week (0.75 FTR) is required for candidates hired through the internship program. Education will be provided in a group and unit-based settings. Precepted bedside experience will occur on the onboarding unit. This posting will be used to hire two graduate nurse internship positions in the pediatric Hematology/Oncology unit.
