About the Role: Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, Graduate Nurses can begin providing care to residents while they wait to take their NCLEX. Our team will provide supervision and training to ensure you are comfortable with providing care. Your assigned tasks will not exceed your level of academic preparation or outside the scope of your competency level. For nursing students hired as PCAs, strongly prefer nursing students enrolled in BSN programs or direct-entry Masters’ programs. - Bi-lingual skills preferred. - Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred. - Knowledge of medical terminology. - May not currently hold a valid nursing license.
