Job Description At Cedars-Sinai, the work you perform daily has a direct effect on the lives of others. Our enthusiastic and committed culture has resulted in six Magnet designations for nursing excellence. The Smidt Heart Institute is proud to be the top in California, ranked #6 nationally, and regularly listed among the leading heart programs by U.S. News & World Report. As a coordinated health organization, our patients benefit from the scientific and clinical progress we achieve across the full spectrum of cardiovascular care. The Congenital Heart Program at Cedars-Sinai serves patients across the entire lifespan, from newborns and children born with complex heart conditions to teenagers navigating the transition to adult care, and adults of all ages living with congenital heart disease (ACHD). Skilled pediatric and adult congenital cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, advanced practice providers, and nurses collaborate closely across both programs to diagnose and treat a wide range of congenital heart defects and acquired conditions.
