Assistant Nurse Manager – Emergency Department Location: Howard University Hospital – Washington, DC Role Summary The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) – Emergency Department supports clinical and operational leadership within a high-acuity, high-volume Emergency Department at a Level I Trauma Center . This role partners with the Nurse Manager to ensure the safe and effective delivery of patient-centered emergency and trauma care while maintaining operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and team engagement. What You’ll Do Implement daily Emergency Department operations, aligning staffing and resources to patient acuity, trauma volume, and throughput demands.
