Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards. Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families. Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of Massachusetts. Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
