Clinical Oversight Review and approve patient assessments, plans of care, and clinical documentation as required. Monitor the appropriateness and quality of patient care services. Ensure timely physician orders, recertifications, and clinical documentation. Evaluate patient outcomes and implement interventions to improve quality of care. Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary care planning. Staff Supervision Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel. Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, orientation, and retention of clinical staff. Conduct performance evaluations and competency assessments. Ensure staff maintain required licensure, certifications, and continuing education. Provide ongoing clinical education and professional development opportunities. Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Direct the agency's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Monitor clinical indicators, patient satisfaction, incident reports, infection control data, and quality metrics. Analyze trends and implement performance improvement initiatives.
