Job Overview The Nurse Practitioner will work one day per week seeing patients in-office at Roselle Park Medical Associates, with the potential for afternoon home visits as needed for established home -patients within the area. The remaining four days will be spent providing care in a sub-acute nursing home setting. The position includes on-call responsibilities every fifth week, covering after-hours of 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and all day on weekends.
