Perform other duties as assigned. Wellness Nurse LPN - Requirements: Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN of the state. A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certified or willing to become certified.
