Job Summary Under the direction of the Corporate Director of Cancer Center, the Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) is responsible for facilitating the patient experience for patients as well as family members from cancer diagnosis to survivorship. Minimum Experience Requirement : 3 years nursing experience in an oncology setting, including medical or surgical oncology practice, infusion center, radiation oncology, or inpatient oncology unit. Previous experience in oncology nurse navigation preferred. Proven working relationship with physicians. Patient education experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service. Excellent organizational skills, able to manage a full suite of tasks and manage across numerous priorities and to service line to meet established deadlines.
