Overview Assesses patient/family health problems and resources, takes a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care provided by the nursing team. Work closely with management to execute all new protocols and assist with training needs. Assist office management in supervising/finding coverage for necessary shifts should there be a support staff call out, emergency, or PTO taken; steps in and covers shifts on any emergency needs. Must exude a strong understanding of and enforce CLIA, OSHA and HIPAA regulations as well as report and help document any incidents to the respective office management. Properly cross trains to assist in covering the front desk during emergencies, as needed.
