Evaluate and implement recommendations from established committees as they pertain to the assessment and/or care plan functions of the health campus. The incoming provider will support a growing program with responsibilities that include first assisting in open-heart and thoracic procedures, endoscopic vein harvesting, radial artery harvesting, inpatient rounding, and postoperative patient management. The ideal candidate will bring strong cardiothoracic surgical experience, value teamwork and transparency, and thrive within a collaborative, faith-based health system focused on compassionate patient care.
