How you make a difference The Clinical Coordinator MAT provides leadership, vision, oversight, and coordination to the provision of medication assisted treatment services to include program development, implementation, and supervision of the Medication Assisted Treatment initiative within the assigned area. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and supervise MAT services for patients in assigned facilities, fostering collaboration among medical, nursing, mental health, psychiatry, and security teams. Assist in program design and expansion of MAT services, including staffing and program development, in coordination with the Regional Office. Provide clinical supervision, professional education, and staff development for on-site service providers. Direct clinical services according to licensure and scope of practice standards.
