This role ensures patient safety by understanding needs and assisting with encounters. Essential Functions of the Role Conduct clinical assessments maintaining the highest standard of practice. Be proactive in designing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. Take part in initiatives to improve quality and performance. Build therapeutic relationships with both patient and family. Engage in collaborative and mutual work with colleagues and the community. Key Success Factors You need a good understanding of nursing standards and patient care. Understanding legal and ethical considerations is important for success. Good communication skills are essential. You must be a problem solver who can quickly detect and react to changes in patients.
