Home care aides must meet all registration, criminal background checks and training requirements as specified by the State of California Department of Social Services Home Care Services Bureau and Nurse Next Door policies. The RN Clinic Supervisor provides leadership and management of the InnovAge clinic. Primarily responsible for providing professional nursing care to assigned patients. With input from the IDT (interdisciplinary team), patient and family, assesses, develops, implements and evaluates the plan of care. DEGREE OF TRAVEL: • Travel required for patient visits. • Occasional travel for educational purposes.
