Job Overview : The psychiatric inpatient 22 bed Dual Diagnosis Mental Illness DDMI unit specializes in treatment of patients with autism and intellectual disabilities and varying medical complexities. Trinitas is proud to be the only hospital in New Jersey with a separate unit to serve this population. The psychiatric inpatient 27 bed closed unit is an involuntary unit. Patients are committed to being inpatient for treatment and can have varying medical complexities. The psychiatric inpatient 21bed open unit is a voluntary unit. Patients are able to sign themselves in for treatment and can have varying medical complexities. Our staff are cross trained to work all the units within our inpatient behavioral health department. Scheduling Requirements Full Time Night 7p-7:30a Monday – Friday, every other weekend and holiday rotation as needed by dept Qualifications Active New Jersey RN License or approved RN license required ASN or BSN required AHA BLS prior to start date required AHA ACLS within 6 months of hire Minimum one (1) year experience in Behavioral Health Nursing required Previous experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, and/or ER Nursing a plus Psychiatric-Mental Health certifications and/or national nursing certifications preferred Essential Functions : The Registered Nurse (RN) organizes and administers individualized age-specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care. The Opportunity We're seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women-including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions. Location: Fully remote within the U.S. Your Impact Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care. Complete required trainings and adhere to company policies and best practices. Dedicate a full-time focus, including consults, prescribing medications when appropriate, and providing necessary medical guidance. Required Qualifications Required Certification: Active national board certification as a (WHNP, FNP, or similar). Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity. Independence: Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion. Webside Manner: Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care. Commitment to Evidence-Based Care: Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research. Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms. What Allara Offers Annual base salary range: $120,000 – $130,000, and can increase up to $172,500 - $182,500 through our incentive compensation program.
