Collectively, the practice manages a broad spectrum of adult medical conditions, with particular expertise in chronic disease management, preventive care, obesity, hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular risk reduction. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a busy, well-established internal medicine group practice.
