Responsibilities Provide 24-hour administrative leadership for ICU operations and critical care nursing services. Supervise, evaluate, and support ICU staff, ensuring appropriate utilization of personnel and resources. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care delivery to meet clinical standards and patient needs. Conduct daily rounding to maintain visibility, support staff, and monitor patient care and unit operations. Develop and implement departmental plans, including performance improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance activities.
