The scheduled hours are Monday through Friday 8a-5p. Patient Relations Monitor patient complaints in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Assistant Director/Director of Social Work to identify trends and issues. Work with departmental leadership to develop strategies to enhance the patient experience. Develop work plans to engage staff and meet strategic goals for the Patient Experience Plan for the facility and health care delivery system Other Staff facility-wide initiatives, including but not limited to Open House, flu campaign. Participates and performs in all drills: Fire Safety, Disaster/Emergency Preparedness, and Rapid Response Team. Attends professional workshops, conferences, and other educational meetings as appropriate. Maintains membership in professional organizations to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments. Performs other duties as requested. Minimum Qualifications Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Professional Nurse in New York State; and, A Master's Degree in Nursing Administration or an equivalent field, and a minimum of four years of high-level responsible experience in nursing administration, three years of which shall have been in a hospital; or, A satisfactory equivalent.
