With advanced clinical expertise, the NP performs fitness for duty evaluations, health evaluations and medical clearances of existing employees and potential new hires in accordance to the departments policies, procedures and protocols. The NP also evaluates employees for new hire screenings, medical surveillance, return to work clearances, health screenings and for-cause substance testing. The NP performs many of these same services for external clients as well. The APN will serve as the primary provider at off-site clinics for external clients. Travel will be required.
