Key Responsibilities Complete initial and ongoing assessments of infants and their families; document per NICU and TriHealth standards. Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical assessments, standards of practice, and patient/family needs. Strong foundation in nursing sciences across all developmental stages. Preferred 1+ year full ‑ time or 2+ years part ‑ time acute care RN experience.
