In this role you will be responsible for providing assistance to residents in the Memory Care Program with their activities of daily living, enabling them to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.Job DescriptionProvide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents.Provide assistance, encouragement, and restorative interventions, as needed, for Memory Care residents to be as independent as possible in their activities of daily living including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.Participate in and lead one on one and group activities.Serve residents during mealtime, assist with memory care laundry, and basic housekeeping within the memory care neighborhood.Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.Hourly Pay Rate: $19-$19.60.QualificationsExperience working with seniors with dementia including participation in activities is preferred.Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.You have basic computer skills.
