Oversee resident care planning, assessments, and quality measures. Manage staffing levels, schedules, and delegation of duties. Support survey readiness and manage plans of correction if needed. Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care. Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment. Ensure excellent communication with residents, families, and staff. Qualifications Current RN license in the state of PA (required). Minimum 3–5 years leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing. Prior experience as DON or ADON strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, infection control, and quality assurance. Ability to lead teams, implement improvements, and manage clinical challenges. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to step in quickly and manage a fast-paced environment.
