Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and assigned work areas. Follow standard precautions for cleanliness, hygiene, and infection prevention. Promote resident independence while ensuring physical safety and dignity. Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and eating. Encourage participation in life skills and life enrichment activities. Greet and assist residents, families, guests, vendors, and team members with professionalism and courtesy.
