Nursing Supervisor (Full-Time, Night Shift) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor. In this leadership role, you will provide operational and clinical oversight of hospital nursing services during assigned shifts, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while supporting nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams. The Nursing Supervisor serves as a key resource for clinical decision-making, staffing coordination, patient flow management, and problem resolution across the hospital. Minimum Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience Minimum of three (3) years of recent acute care nursing experience required. Previous Charge Nurse, House Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager, or leadership experience preferred. Experience in a hospital setting with demonstrated clinical decision-making and leadership abilities preferred.
