Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with daily living skills (e.g., lifting, transferring, toileting, personal hygiene, laundry, meal preparation). Promote appropriate community integration and social interaction (e.g. visiting family, friends, church/temple, etc). Implement outcomes developed through a Support Plan. Complete paperwork as assigned including documentation (e.g., incident reports, outcomes, log entries). Administer and record medications pursuant to State and Agency requirements, where applicable. With valid APD training Medication Administration Fl Code 65 G-7. Accompany residents on medical appointments when needed. Maintain living environment in accordance with D.D.A. regulations and health department standards. Provide Transportation to our consumer as needed.
