Operations : Oversee daily unit operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting, to ensure efficient and effective use of resources. Communication : Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. Quality Improvement : Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes and overall care delivery. RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager Requirements: RN License : Active RN license in the state of Florida with no restrictions. Minimum Experience : Prior experience in a similar role required.
