The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in the Cardiac Inpatient Telemetry Unit plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment. In collaboration with physicians, APPs, consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, the APP will provide specialized care to critically ill cardiac patients. This role requires comprehensive care for cardiac surgical patients during both the pre-operative and post-operative periods as well as providing care for non-surgical patients.
