As a regional referral center, we care for neonates as young as 24 weeks gestation through full-term infants with complex congenital anomalies, providing a full spectrum of advanced neonatal services, including neonatal care immediately after birth, therapeutic hypothermia, and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation. Our NICU is also an integral part of the Maryland Regional Neonatal Transport Team, ensuring swift and efficient ground and air transportation for our tiny patients. Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
