Calls in medication refills under the direction of a Physician or protocol. Documents patient care information in the outpatient medical record according to standards. Assists with scheduling of patient tests, procedures, and follow-up appointments. Assists in the care, cleaning, and sterilization of equipment and instruments. Maintains the inventory of medical and linen supplies. Maintains quality control for equipment. Provides cross coverage to other clinical areas as assigned. Business Experience 3-5 years nursing experience including at least one year in oncology preferred. Specialized Knowledge/Skills Oncology certification preferred.
