Essential Functions Provides leadership and oversight for daily nursing and clinical support operations within a pediatric ambulatory primary or specialty care site to ensure safe, efficient, and family-centered care delivery. Directs, supervises, and evaluates nursing and clinical support staff, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and professional development. Qualifications BSN required Master’s in nursing or related field preferred. Five years clinical experience required, preferably at least one year in pediatrics.
