Join the largest Joint Commission Accredited Inpatient Diabetes Service with the most recent recertification in February 2022. In This Role, You Will: Practice at the University of Minnesota Medical Center (UMMC) on East and West Bank Campuses in Minneapolis, MN. Work as a member of the team to independently assess and manage patients with diabetes in the inpatient setting, and implement diabetes care plans developed in collaboration with the physicians and other team members. See patient population that include complex adult patients with multiple co-morbidities.
