Key Responsibilities Support Leadership: Assist the DON and ADON in overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring adherence to facility policies and state regulations. Staff Oversight: Mentor and guide nursing personnel to uphold job standards, professional conduct, and best practices. Regulatory Compliance: Take part in and facilitate government and accreditation surveys, ensuring our facility meets or exceeds all requirements. Quality Rounds: Conduct daily rounds to monitor care delivery, address clinical concerns, and drive continuous improvement. Conflict Resolution: Investigate and resolve staff complaints and grievances with professionalism and discretion, escalating to the Director of Nursing Services as needed.
