Nursing Supervisor (11p-7a) Job Summary A long term care facility in Collingdale PA is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. The Nursing Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care while providing leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing staff. This position is ideal for an experienced nursing professional who is committed to clinical excellence, staff development, regulatory compliance, and positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care as needed while ensuring all care is delivered in accordance with established standards of practice and facility policies and procedures. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff, including assignments, schedules, and workload management. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff to promote a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation professionals, social services, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Clinical Skills: Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond appropriately to changing patient conditions.
